Key Ingredients:

Red Seaweed

Red Seaweed is rich in protein, vitamins and antioxidants. It has outstanding moisture-retaining properties and promotes a healthier skin barrier which helps replenish the skin’s natural hydration.

When applied to the skin seaweed has a strong purifying influence, helping to draw out the impurities that have accumulated, and leaving the skin feeling refreshed and renewed.

Furthermore, the amino acids found in seaweed plump up your skin, improving its elasticity, for healthier, firmer skin.

Mamaku

Mamaku, or Black Fern, extract has amazing hydrating effects of soothing and moisturising. Mamaku can promote healthy cell renewal by encouraging the production of collagen and elastin cells.

Tiare – Tahitian Gardenia (Rakiura Face Cream)

According to polynesian legend, the Tiare flower was created by Atea, the Oceanic God of Creation with assistance from Tane, the God of Beauty.
Tiare essentail oil is great for regenerating, softening, hydrating, and moisturising the skin.

Sweet Almond Oil (Rakiura Face Cream)

Sweet almond oil is the oil extracted from the fruit of the deciduous almond tree. It has been used for centuries to soothe the skin and treat minor wounds and cuts. It’s highly emollient which means it helps to balance the absorption of moisture and water loss. Sweet almond oil is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and packed full of vitamins such as A, D, E and K, making it a great choice to help treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and also to reduce the signs of aging.

Raspberry Seed Powder (Rakiura Exfoliate & Cleanse Cream)

Finely ground Raspberry Seed Powder makes an excellent exfoliant in our exfoliating cleanser. Raspberry Seeds contain a wealth of beneficial antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and other nutritive components. Traces of these beneficial components remain within the seed powder, adding benefits and gentle exfoliation.
